1. CAR MyGuest Setup

1.1 Digital Service Order

A "Digital Service Order" line should be provided in the CAR MyGuest Setup.

• Service : Digital Service Order
• API Endpoint : https://hub.myguest.me/
• API Username : The username for the dealer with which it can authorize itself with the MyGuest backend (something along the line of hub@dealership.be)
• API Password : The password linked to the username.
• Vehicle Register Action Document In : The Vehicle Register Action which should be set when a Document In is processed. (optional)

Note: The API Username and API Password may be asked to Kéoma.

1.2 QR Barcode

A "QR Barcode" line should be provided in the CAR MyGuest Setup.

• API Endpoint : https://hub.myguest.me/

1.3 Data Sync

A "Data Sync" line should be provided in the CAR MyGuest Setup.

• Service : Data Sync
• SQL Server : The SQL Server where the Navision database is placed.
• SQL Database : The name of the Navision database in SQL.
• SQL User : The SQL user with which to connect.
• SQL Password : The password for the SQL user.

2. CAR MyGuest Settings

2.1 User Device

The different User Devices (iPads) for each User should be set here.

• Type : User Device
• Location Code : Applicable Location Code
• Text 1 : Name of the iPad which is set in the browser URL active on the iPad

2.2 Car Key Label

Two different reports are provided which can be set according to which printers the dealership uses.

5321044 "CAR Serv. Order Barcode Label" for Brother label printers
5321046 "CAR Serv. Order ZPL Label" for Zebra label printers

• Type : Car Key Label
• Location Code : Applicable Location Code
• Integer 1 : Object ID of the report that should be used

2.3 Digital Workshop

3. BE Country Setup 2

The field "Service Order Barcode Label" will be the default setting for the Car Key Label and can either be QR or Barcode.

4. Job Batch or Carya Universe Scheduled Task

The Codeunit 5321068 "CAR MyGuest Import" needs to run periodically in order to process the updates made to the orders with the Digital Service Order tool.

4.1 Job Batch

If the dealer uses the Job Spooler for its automatic processes then this Job Batch should be active.

4.2 Carya Universe Scheduled Task

If the dealer uses Carya Universe for its automatic process then this Scheduled Task should be active.

5. Printer Selection

The Printer Selection for Report 5321044/5321046 "CAR Service Order Barcode" should be setup for each applicable User.
