This allows us as a team to quickly respond to your needs. Your question is no longer determined by the availability of one of our staff members. Moreover, this way we centralize all matters of your concession, which is a more efficient way of working for both you and us.
How to register a ticket?
- Through our customer portal: http://carya.support
- On the right side of the menu, click on the button: Report a problem.
- Please fill in all fields and give us as much information as possible. We really want to know everything! What certainly helps if you have an error message is to attach a print screen of your screen.
- The customer portal already contains many articles that can help you. Therefore, it will often give you suggestions of articles that can help you. It may be enough for you to use the articles and not even have to create a ticket.
Important! Under category you have the choice of:
- CARYA IT
- CARYA DMS
- CARYA CRM
- CARYA CONNECT
Depending on the choice you make, the form will be modified and you will need to complete other fields.
Remember to include the following specifications for a quick and efficient solution:
- A complete description: What did you want to do and what is the desired result? Also specify the relevant department/document type.
- Priority: Prioritize the problem appropriately. More information can be found here

For CARYA DMS:
- Location: What location are you in?
- On what type of document does the error occur?: For example: workshop order/sales order parts

Document number:If it is about a document number note the specific number, otherwise take a print screen from where you are located.
If this is about a specific report/list/.... then note how to get to this list.
- Wat is the result? What is the error message?: Copy the error message or describe what the problem is
- Does the problem occur only to you or to everyone?:It is important to know whether an error message appears for one user or for an entire concession.
